Isn’t this a really cute garter belt? I decided to buy this cutie patutie from Fredericks. I actually bought two of them. I bought this blue one and a black one. I just could not pass it up. It is so cute and I can be a big flirt wearing this garter!
It has a narrow band of eyelash lace layered with triangle lace insets. Mesh back for comfort and fit.
